Eligible associates automatically receive Business Travel Accident insurance if you are involved in an accident while traveling for business on behalf of IMA. The benefit amount is based on your salary and classification.

who is eligible?

For the Business Travel Accident Policy, the following individuals are automatically covered on their date of hire:

• Full-Time Employees – Working 30 or more hours per week
• Part-Time Employees – Working 20 or more hours per week
• All Non-Employee Board of Director Members
• All Guests and Spouses/Domestic Partners of Insured persons
• All Dependent Child(ren) of Insured persons.

classification:

The following individuals are eligible to become Insureds:

• Class I: All Active full-time and part-time Employees who earn $80,000 or more per year and who work at least 20 hours per week from the Policyholder who are not in Class III.
• Class II: All Active full-time and part-time Employees who earn less than $80,000 per year and who work at least 20 hours per week from the Policyholder who are not in Class III.
• Class III: All Active Executives (not including IMA Presidents/Division or Market Leaders) and Employee Board of Director Members of the Policyholder.
• Class IV: All Non-Employee Board of Director Members of the Policyholder.
• Class V: All Guests and Spouses/Domestic Partners of Insured persons.
• Class VI: All Dependent Child(ren) of Insured persons.

If an Insured suffers an Injury resulting in a Covered Loss, and he or she is covered under more than one class, we will pay only the largest benefit and all other amounts will be forfeit.
