The EFAP can help you and your family build resilience and get support during hard times. You and up to five dependents age 13 and older, including your spouse, can make use of this valuable well-being resource provided by Headspace.

Headspace  Headspace Care
Headspace offers you hundreds of guided exercises to help lower stress, anxiety and more.
Services include:
  • Over 100 guided meditations
  • Sleep stories for better sleep
  • Exclusive soundtracks and music for focus, relaxation and sleep
Get one-on-one coaching anytime, anywhere to discuss goals, share challenges and create action plans.
Get access to:
  • 24/7 text-based emotional support coaching
  • Referrals to counselors for up to 8 free face-to-face visits per issue, per year*
  • Recommended self-care resources based on your needs

To enroll in the EFAP, visit https://work.headspace.com/v3/imafinancialgroup/member-enroll/verify and enter your IMA email address.

Headspace will send you an email with an activation link. Once you activate your account, follow the prompts to finish creating your account.

Note: IMA’s AmeriBen medical plans offer inpatient and outpatient behavioral healthcare. Mental health office visits are covered at the in-network benefit level when billed in the office setting.

Your EFAP provides more than just mental health support. Headspace Care provides numerous additional resources and services including:
