Follow these steps to enroll in your benefits.

  1. Evaluate your needs 
    Be a smart healthcare shopper and ask yourself the following questions:
    • Who should I cover? Evaluate your coverage options for all dependents who meet eligibility requirements.
    • How much did I spend on healthcare last year? Consider your past expenses to help you plan for your future needs.
    • Will I need more or less, health coverage next year? Are you having a baby? Considering a surgery? Currently in treatment for a chronic condition? Estimate the level of healthcare you may need in the upcoming year.
  1. Review your options
    Visit this website to compare your options and evaluate plan costs and potential savings.
    • Use the Brite decision support tool to get a little help.
  1. Enroll online
    • Login to Okta using your email and click on the UKG icon.
    • Once logged into UKG, click, “Manage My Benefits” on the left side, under “Benefits.”
    • Add or remove dependents.
    • Start shopping for your benefits.
    • Be sure to add your beneficiaries and complete your enrollment.
  1. Confirm your elections
    Review your confirmation statement carefully to make sure your benefits and dependent information are correct. Contact HRBenefits@imacorp.com if any of your elections do not look correct.
