AmeriBen – choose a provider and estimate costs

AmeriBen, IMA’s medical plans administrator, offers online access to help you confirm if your current or new doctor or facility is a participating provider of the Anthem PPO (BlueCard PPO) network. In addition, access AmeriBen’s cost transparency tool to estimate and compare claims cost. Associates can access the cost transparency tool once logged into the Engage+ portal.
