Thrive & Revive sabbatical program
At IMA, we want you to feel equipped to be your best self, at work and in your personal life. To reward IMA associates for their years of dedicated service, IMA’s Thrive and Revive Sabbatical Leave Plan provides paid time away to associates after 5 years of service.
This plan ensures associates are rewarded with ample opportunity to relax, recharge and pursue meaningful experiences.

Applications will be reviewed by the associate’s direct manager. While the specific timing may be negotiated, it is the expectation that sabbatical leaves be prioritized and accommodated within the year of the anniversary.

**Validated Producers and HCEs are not eligible for the cash stipend. For this year’s HCE threshold, visit IMA Central. All stipends are stated in US dollars. For Canadian associates, funds will be converted to Canadian currency at the time of payment.
