Due to ACA reporting changes in 2025, employers are no longer required to automatically distribute 1095-Cs as long as a notice is posted of availability in a clear, conspicuous, and accessible manner. Your 1095-C form will be available in UKG by March 2nd.
When your 1095-C is available, please follow the steps outlined below:
If you are unable to, you can request a copy by emailing hrbenefits@imacorp.com or by calling 425-709-3771 or mailing a request to 430 E Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS 67202-3408 Attn: Corporate Benefits. Your 1095-C will be provided within 30 days upon request.
Please note that you do not need to include a copy of the 1095-C when you file your personal tax return. The healthcare tax penalty went away in 2019. Previously, taxpayers who didn’t have minimum essential health insurance coverage or qualify for an exemption were required to pay a penalty on their tax return, but this is no longer the case. It is still encouraged to keep your 1095-C form on file.
